Module Incident

Most organisations suffer from an unnecessarily high volume of incidents and accidents because they fail to identify the root causes and establish preventative actions. Using the module incident from ipdc you can easily record, control and report all accidents & incidents through a seamless workflow. You can do this online from anywhere, at any time – and in stages that you define.

With module incident there's no need for hard copies as employees report and record accidents & incidents directly within module incident in a paperless process. Once reported, managers are then instantly and automatically alerted that an incident has occured.

Following the initial recording, the accident/incident is then assigned to an investigator to determine the appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

Once these actions have been implemented the workflow moves the accident/incident to a verification stage where, if accepted, it is then closed off. Root causes are also determined at this stage.

The Incident Management module also talks seamlessly to the other ipdc modules, for example, module hazard.
